Chewy Rawnola

Have you tried Rawnola? It’s delicious chewy raw granola that’s super easy to make and super healthy. It’s packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber which is amazing for your gut health!


Chewy Rawnola:

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup pitted medjool dates (soak for 5 minutes if they are dry)

1/4 cup walnuts (favorite nut or seeds)

1/4 shredded coconut

1/8 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp cinnamon


Directions: Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times. 

Store in an airtight jar in fridge up to 7 days

You can enjoy your rawnola with fresh fruit (I used blueberries & apricots) and plant based milk (my favorite is @califia Toasted Coconut Almond Milk).

Put it on top of your smoothie bowl.

Or eat it with your favorite fresh fruit and yogurt.
