Detox Salad with Garlic Thyme Dressing

This delicious and diverse salad is great for detoxing. The beets, dandelion greens, and cucumber will help your body flush out toxins (they are great for cleansing your liver). The antioxidant-filled carrots, seeds, herbs, and avocado, will keep you glowing. And the simple Garlic Thyme Dressing provides pH-balancing support and healthy fats.

Detox Salad  

baby arugula, spinach or greens of your choice (dandelion, watercress and endive are great for detoxing)

cucumbers

avocado

raw beets

rainbow carrots

fresh chopped parsley

hemp seeds

pumpkin seeds

Garlic Thyme Dressing 

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 garlic clove minced

¼ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon ground pepper

Salt to taste
